Application Tips:
Work surfaces should be solid, dry and smooth, free from dust, dirt, grease, paint, and other impurities. Porous substrates such as gypsum or ceramic, as well as natural stone, should be thoroughly treated with acrylic primer.
Apply the adhesive either in dots (essential requirement for non-absorbent surfaces) or in stripes to one of the contact surfaces and press them firmly and evenly afterward. Safe application temperatures vary from +5°С to +40°С. Drying time of a 4 mm wide adhesive stripe on absorbent surfaces is 24-48 hours, on non-absorbent surfaces - 5 days, depending on surrounding humidity and temperature.
Avoid overall adhesive distribution between non-absorbent surfaces. Prevent adhesive strips from merging when pressing the contact surfaces.
Cleaning: excess fresh glue can be rinsed from tools, surfaces, and hands with water. The cured adhesive can be removed only mechanically.
Consumption: 250 – 500 g/m2 depending on contact surface type and condition, application method, adhesive distribution evenness, and environment.
Safety Measures: The products is free from solvents and biohazardous substances. The adhesive is fire- and explosion-proof. When applying the adhesive, avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Keep away from children!
