AR-200 Adhesive Rubber (beige)
Application: extra-strong and durable bonding when installing countertops, shelves, window sills, wooden moldings, floor moldings, and other heavy-duty structures; gluing processed wood items, plywood, cork boards, ceramics, drywall, chipboard, fiberboard, glass, plastic, polyurethane foam, and gypsum elements to most building surfaces (concrete, brick, wood, ceramic tiles, painted surfaces, etc.)
Not Applicable: avoid using the adhesive for the installation of items made of expanded polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, and Teflon. Recommendations for use: in order to distribute the adhesive evenly attach the surfaces to be glued together, detach them, wait for 2-5 minutes, reconnect and firmly evenly press them to each other.

Application Tips:
The product is meant to be applied to solid and dry work surfaces free from dust, dirt, greasy stains, old paint, and other coatings and impurities that might impair the bond between the surfaces to be glued. High-absorbency substrates, in particular gypsum surfaces, should be pre-treated with a deep penetrating acrylic primer.
The adhesive can be applied in stripes, spiral patterns, or dots to one of the contact surfaces. To evenly distribute the adhesive, join the contact surfaces, then detach them, wait for 5 minutes, and join them again, pressing firmly and evenly to create a strong bond.
Application temperatures might vary from -10°C to +40°C. The curing time is about 24-48 hours, depending on contact surfaces type and condition, adhesive layer thickness, environmental temperature and humidity.
Cleaning: excess fresh glue can be removed with gasoline or other organic solvent. Cured adhesive can be removed only mechanically.
Consumption: 200 - 500 g/m2, depending on the contact surface properties and condition, application method, and adhesive distribution evenness.
Safety Measures: The product is flammable! Do not use the adhesive near open flame, hot surfaces, and operating electric equipment. Apply it in well-ventilated areas using individual protective equipment. In case of skin or eye contact, remove the adhesive with a dry cloth and rinse with water. Keep away from children!
Waste disposal advice: Only recycle totally empty packages. Dispose of hardened product residues as industrial waste similar to household waste or in the container for commercial/construction site waste. European waste codenumber (EWC): 080410.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life: 12 months in original manufacturer's packaging at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Avoid exposing it to temperatures over +50°С. Do not freeze during transportation and storage!
