AMS-250 Adhesive-Sealant MULTI-PURPOSE (white)
Application: reliable bonding, sealing and filling of various materials in households, construction, shipbuilding, aircraft construction, automobile manufacturing and industry in conditions of indoors and outdoors application. The adhesive can be used for gluing following materials in any combinations: glass, mirror, ceramic, porcelain, wood, plywood, chipboard, fiberboard, MDF, cork, concrete, gypsum, brick, plaster, tiles, drywall, plastic (PVC, polyacrylate, polycarbonate, polyamides), natural (marble, granite) and decorative stone, thermal insulation materials (expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam, glass and mineral wool), roofing materials (tiles, slate, sheet metal).
Not applicable for fastening structures to polyethylene, polypropylene, bitumen and Teflon surfaces.
Recommendations for use: in order to form the seam faster moisten it with water using a spray gun, afterwards shape it with a trowel or a special template to give it a finished look.

application tips:
the substrate must be robust, clean, dry, even and free from grease. Apply the adhesive with a frame gun on the surface to be glued in dots or vertical stripes no more than 25 mm wide. Press the surfaces to be glued firmly. In case of gluing heavy structures, additional fixation methods should be used for 48 hours.
Application temperature is between +5°С and +40°С. Primary film formation time is 15 minutes at +23°C. The minimum thickness of the adhesive layer must be at least 1 mm. The curing speed of the glue is 2 mm per 24 hours. The time for complete formation of the seam is 24-48 hours and reduces in high humidity.
Avoid continuous adhesive application between non-absorbent mating surfaces. Avoid merging of the applied adhesive strips when pressing the surfaces.
Cleaning: Remains of fresh adhesive must be removed from tools and hands with a cloth soaked in organic solvent. After curing, the adhesive can be removed only mechanically.
Consumption: 15 running m (seam 5х5 mm)
Safety measures: Does not contain solvents and biologically harmful substances. The adhesive is fire and explosion proofed. When using, avoid contact of the adhesive with the skin and mucous membranes. Keep away from the children!
Waste disposal advice: Only recycle totally empty packages. Dispose of hardened product residues as industrial waste similar to household waste or in the container for commercial/construction site waste. European waste codenumber (EWC): 080410.
Storage conditions and shelf life: 12 months from the manufacture date in original manufacturer's packaging in a dry room at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
