Application Tips:
Contact surfaces should be solid, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease stains, rust, paint, and other impurities or coatings. Porous materials should be pre-treated with deep penetrating acrylic primer. Evenly apply the sealant adhesive evenly to the surface in an entire layer. Shape the seam with a trowel or a special template to give it a final look. To create a neat seam, it is recommended to protect the edges of the items or contact surfaces with adhesive tape (duck tape) and remove it after applying the sealant. Excess material can be removed with a damp cloth before a surface film forms (in 10 minutes). To bond two surfaces, apply sealant adhesive in stripes or in dots on one of the working surfaces.
Low temperatures and high humidity will slow down the curing process. Safe application temperatures vary from +5°С to +40°С.
The seam width should not exceed 12 mm. Curing time of a 4 mm wide sealant adhesive layer on moisture-absorbing surfaces is 2 days. On surfaces that do not absorb moisture, curing time is about 5 days depending on the environmental conditions.
Do not apply sealant adhesive under the rain, do not use it in contact with stainless steel for seams that are permanently immersed in water (pools, aquariums).
Cleaning: fresh sealant adhesive can be rinsed removed from tools, surfaces, and hands with water. The cured product can be removed only mechanically.
Consumption: 15 rm when applied in stripes 4 mm in diameter, depending on the contact surface type and condition.
Safety Measures: The product is free from solvents and biohazardous substances. It is fire- and explosion-proof. Should eye contact occur, rinse with plenty of water. Keep away from children! Waste disposal advice: Only recycle totally empty packages. Dispose of hardened product residues as industrial waste similar to household waste or in the container for commercial/construction site waste. European waste codenumber (EWC): 080410.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life: 18 months from the manufacture date in original manufacturer's packaging at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C. Do not freeze during transportation and storage!
